I’ve learned that growth rarely announces itself. It usually shows up as the moment where the next step is obvious but inconvenient, or necessary but unpopular.

The old growth playbooks still work, but they’re getting heavier and less reliable. AI is flattening distribution, raising expectations, and changing how people decide what to trust. This is how I’m thinking about growth now, from the seat of someone who’s had to make it work.
